Château Palais 2019 Cardinal Bordeaux-Style France Red Blend

Chateau Palais Cardinal is every bit as regal and refined as its name would suggest. “le Palais Cardinal,” French for “the Cardinal Palace” is a Merlot-driven red with a beautifully well-defined bouquet. Deep ruby in color, aromas of blackberry, vetiver, and violet greets the senses. The palate is medium-bodied, with a velvety supple texture that transitions to a silky smooth finish. One can expect flavors of black currant, raspberry, forest earth, and baking spices to delight and entice. This red can be cellared for years to come, and is best paired with red meat dishes such as duck or beef ribs.
