Le Brun de Nueville
Exclusive, Direct-Import from France
It’s time for our celebrated Champagne Special Feature and this year, we are pleased to offer an exclusively imported, highly-rated selection from France’s esteemed Le Brun de Neuville Estate in the southern Sezanne area of the Champagne region.
Founded in 1963 by the Le Brun family and a team of twenty passionate wine producers, Le Brun de Neuville has grown into one of the premier Champagne estates in France. The Le Brun family has a long history of living in the upper Bethon commune of Champagne and has been producing wine for five generations. Their estate today produces many different styles of Champagne, and all under the strict, traditional guidelines the AOC has in place. The fruit is grown on the estate’s 375 acres of hillside vineyards, most of which is sold to other producers, while the best is saved for Le Brun de Neuville.
Over the years, the Le Bruns have garnered increasing praise for their world renowned Champagnes - in fact, in the last two years alone, the winery has earned over 30 medals!
Le Brun just received "Champagne Producer of the Year Award" presented by International Wine & Spirit Competition for 2015. This is a really big deal in France. Can you imagine how Dom Perignon must feel? We are feeling good for sure, since we selected this Champagne last September for our members.
