The EX 2019 Unoaked Chardonnay comes from the original 35 year-old Chardonnay vines planted on the estate San Saba Vineyard in Monterey County. It is fermented and aged only in stainless steel and sees no oak contact from start to finish. The remaining ‘Unoaked’ wine is bright and direct in style, yet deceptively rich. On the nose, aromas of subtle tropical fruits offer nuances of guava, banana, honeysuckle, lime-blossom, light pear and peach. There is noticeable but balanced acidity and full mouth-feel on the palate, with bright, crisp flavors of lime and pear. Enjoy!

Dani Gold’s 2020 Chardonnay hails from the renowned Mendocino County wine growing region, a cool-climate Northern California AVA that is especially suited to producing world-class Chardonnay. Vibrant and enticing from the get-go, this Chardonnay erupts with generous aromas of mandarin oranges, grapefruit, and lemon blossoms, with just a touch of crème brûlée. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied with layered flavors of honeydew melon, exotic jackfruit, lemon curd, and just a kiss of French oak. The lengthy finish is perfumed with delicate notes of cinnamon and Tahitian vanilla. Enjoy!
