The Vinum 2018 Pinot Noir comes from a single vineyard (Arroyo Loma Vineyard) in Monterey, grown by veteran Central Coast grape grower Steve McIntyre. Sustainably and organically farmed, this site produces excellent quality Pinot Noirs. Vibrant ruby in color, this wine offers aromas of Bing and Rainer cherries with hints of vanilla and caramelized raw sugar. The palate is intense with flavors of wild raspberry, blackberry, and bramble, backed by earthy notes and touches of black pepper, mushroom, toasted oak and clove. Enjoy!
