Produced from the sustainably farmed Caton Vineyard in the foothills of Sonoma Valley, the Ty Caton 2011 Ty’s Red is a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petite Sirah.
Inky black in color, the 2011 Ty’s Red shows aromas of blackberry and leather with oak and sweet caramel notes. On the palate, this wine immediately opens with flavors of black fruit, bittersweet chocolate, and coffee, which linger through the finish.
