The Trinité Estate 2014 ‘Acaibo’ Red Wine was produced from the Lurton family’s property, nestled in the hills in a small corner of the prestigious Chalk Hill area of Sonoma County. The estate is situated in an idyllic setting, in a bowl between three valleys: the Russian River Valley, the Alexander Valley, and Knight’s Valley, where volcanic soils give incredible complexity to the wines and the long, warm days ripen the grapes to perfect maturity. Deep red in color, the 2014 Acaibo offers aromas of black currant, slate, violet and lilac, and full bodied flavors of berries, plums, and hints of spice. This wine is beautifully polished with its silky tannins and it delivers a great balance between power and elegance.
