Trentadue’s 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is supple, refreshing, and balanced – a great wine for summer! The grapes were grown at the end of the Dry Creek Valley where Dry Creek meets the Russian River and where the conditions are much cooler than the rest of the valley. This climate promotes excellent acidity and vibrant flavors in the finished wine, especially with world-class winemaker Miro Tcholakov and his incredibly meticulous techniques.

For this wine, Tcholakov preserved the maximum fruitiness and delicacy of the Sauvignon Blanc by refraining from using oak and ensuring that more of the lemon, melon and pear aromas were highlighted. Awarded a Gold Medal at the U.S. Professional Wine Buyers Competition, the 2007 Sauvignon Blanc was such a hit, that it is already sold out at the winery, and outside of Gold Medal Wine Club, incredibly hard to get your hands on! Enjoy this winning selection with artichoke dip, fresh green salads, Thai food, and sushi.
