Tolosa's 2016 Edna Ranch Pinot Noir is refined and balanced, a blend of fruit from the winery's estate Edna Ranch vineyard within the Central Coast's Edna Valley. Each vintage, the blend changes, creating a unique wine with exceptional depth and complexity. Ruby red in color, this Pinot Noir opens with nuanced aromas of graham cracker, black cherry, cola, raspberry puree, and an underlying earthy note of fennel. The palate shows a ripe plumpness of fleshy plum with supporting aromas of flint, blood orange and tea leaves. Soft, velvety tannins linger on the finish. Enjoy!
