“The deep purple-hued 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Family Estate Reserve is well worth seeking out, and it certainly plays above its price point. Impressive cassis, tobacco, chocolate, and spicy oak, as well as a kiss of chalky rock-like minerality, all give way to a rich, full-bodied, mouth-filling effort with ripe tannins and a great finish. It’s a brilliant Cabernet that I suspect will have 10-15 years of longevity, if not more.”
