Timbre is often referred to as the “color” in music, how two voices can express their individuality, even when singing the same note at the same volume. This saignée blend of Pinot Noir grapes produces a Rosé from Timbre Winery that channels the vineyard sites, specifically Presqu’ile, John Sebastiano, and Bien Nacido through the experiences of the winemaker.
The “Opening Act” Rosé if perfumed with strawberries, watermelon and rose petals, that is complimented by a wonderful delicacy, crisp acidity, and slightly creamy texture. Notes of zingy red fruit lead into a strong finish.
