Black Garlic Grinder

This black fermented garlic is truly a unique product. By controlling the temperature and exposing the fresh, organic garlic cloves to high humidity for at least 40 days, it is transformed into a soft and slightly sweet garlic rendition. Not only is the end result high in antioxidants, but it is also a delicious addition to any recipe.
Date & Tamarind Chutney

Sweet, spicy and tangy, this chutney is truly a labor of love. Mixing ingredients like tamarind, Iranian and Indian dates, smoked cumin, hot chili powder and a special black rock salt, you can clearly taste the South Asian influence! Lastly, adding her tangy, fruity masala mix with ginger, mint and herbs ties it all together. This masterful mix pairs well with soft cheeses, hummus, pâtés, a variety of meats and red wine!
