The Spear 2017 Estate Pinot Noir comes from the famed Sta. Rita Hills appellation of Santa Barbara County. It is a unique blend of five different Pinot Noir clones, all sourced from various portions of the Spear Vineyard, and each offering a distinct quality to the finished wine. On the nose, this Pinot Noir offers notes of cranberry, green figs and bright red cherry, while the palate is firm, spicy and dry with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and tea leaves.
