A blend of 97% Cabernet Franc and 3% Sangiovese from the Los Olivos District, nestled within the Santa Ynez Valley of Santa Barbara County, the Silver 2017 Cabernet Franc is nicely balanced with substantial structure, depth, intense aromatics, and a lush fruit profile. The bouquet is initially dominated by red fruit and complex spice notes, while the palate shows layers of minerality and light wood smoke, all in balance with the core of concentrated red berry pie flavors.
