Coteau Palmer comes from low-yielding (less than 2 tons per acre). 30% new French oak and 70 % 3 to 4-year-old French oak tends the wine for a full three years. The Coteau Palmer will improve greatly over the next decade. The wine is 100% Pinot Noir and should be allowed to breath for several minutes prior to serving at between 58 and 64 degrees.
Described as “fascinating aromas of exotic red fruit, sesame oil, maple syrup, hoisin sauce, Korean BBQ Spareribs and smoked coffee crusted meat...pomegranate and rhubarb ripened...”
