A pristine deep ruby color sets off this excellent Cabernet Franc. The nose features ripe plum and red berries and leads to a mid-palate of spicy jam and smoky black pepper notes that tease the senses. The finish is soft and full and tends to linger before it fades. This is a great wine with pizza filled with meats or with an appetizer of hard salami, zesty cheese and hearty Italian bread dipped in olive oil.
