Bandiera is Ramazzotti’s new label, which features a range of wine grapes and blends, taking advantage of the many varietals the family has growing in their vineyards. This 2020 ‘Vino Sociale’ Red Wine is comprised of 67% Sangiovese, 17% Zinfandel, 8% Merlot, and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, blending together Italian, French and American varieties to create a wine that is complex, balanced, and wonderfully food-friendly. All of the grapes were sourced from Ramazzotti family vineyards including the Ramazzotti Estate Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley and the Frei and Pigoni Ranches in Alexander Valley. Softly textured and fruit- forward in style, this wine begs to be paired with red pasta sauce or braised meat. Enjoy!
