Quivira's 2016 Rosé is a Grenache-dominated vintage that opens with an appealing strawberry aroma followed by a delicate, yet full-flavored palate. Thoroughly refreshing, the wine displays just the right amount of soft, gentle vibrancy naturally retained from the long, cool fermentation and aging sur lies. The flavors of white peach, nectarine, and orange rind are focused, concentrated and long. A blend of 68% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, 4% Petite Sirah and 3% Counoise organically grown grapes. Enjoy all summer long.
