A wonderfully unique white blend of Chardonnay, Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc, the Peltier 2016 Prééminence Premium White Blend comes from the Lodi Appellation, and specifically select vineyards that are certified Green in the “Lodi Rules for Sustainable Winegrowing Practices.” This program is known to be the most recognized in the industry with some of the most stringent regulations and a number of practices are required to pass the certification. Dry, tangy and appetizing, the 2016 Prééminence Premium White Blend has lightly floral, appley aromas and flavors with hints of lime, white peach, and passion fruit. There is a great sense of brightness and clarity that’s refreshing to taste. Try pairing this wine with soft cheeses, fish, shellfish, and fried chicken. Enjoy!
