Overland’s 2011 Kick Ranch Petite Sirah comes from the winery’s estate Kick Ranch Vineyard, located in Sonoma’s Rincon Valley and recognized as a reference point vineyard for extraordinary wine grapes. The 2011 Petite Sirah is fresh and edgy, offering aromas and flavors of Santa Rosa plum, raspberry, and a hint of Kick Ranch’s volcanic rock. Notes of violets, nutmeg, tart blueberry and cocoa powder are prominent on the long, silky smooth finish.
