Winemakers Anthony Riboli and Arnaud Debons work closely with multiple vineyards from various districts within Paso Robles. Each vineyard lot is fermented separately to preserve the unique flavors of the terroir. After ageing in for French and American oak barrels for 24 months, the 2011 “Opaque” Malbec reveals flavors of black plums and currant with accents of vanilla and dark chocolate. Structured tannins provide texture and depth with a lengthy finish. Enjoy this highly-rated Malbec now until 2022.
