The Machado Creek Vineyard is a beautiful landscape tucked into the eastern side of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Located just outside Gilroy, tucked into the hillside, this vineyard grows rich and balanced Rhône-style varietals over a long growing season. The dark ruby color sets the tempo for this 2018 Petite Sirah! On the nose, you are immediately met with inky dark fruits, herbs and spices, while the palate is perfectly driven by balanced, opulent fruit, well-structured tannins, and just a hint of graphite.
