It is Nori's ultimate goal to produce a wine that is sensai, Japanese for elegant, subtle, nuanced, and detailed - which perfectly describes the Noria 2019 Michael Valentine Vineyard Pinot Noir. On the nose, aromas of raspberry, violet, dark cherry, and rose petal create a seductive bouquet, with hints of cedar, white pepper and caramel in the background. Refreshing red berry flavors expand on the palate with a hint of sweet oak, spice notes and vibrant acidity. The silky mouthfeel leads into an elegant, long finish. Enjoy!
