Bright garnet in color, the Murder Ridge 2019 Pinot Noir is an elegant, smoothly-textured wine that shows off the classic characteristics of a coastal, high-elevation Pinot Noir. On the nose, a dense medley of wild berries, dusty cranberries and dried raspberries are tinged with hints of wild mountain herbs, cedar, and brown spices. The palate is full-bodied with delicious flavors of black tea, grilled plum, balsam, tart candied cherry and nuances of dark cocoa, baking spices, and earth.
