The grapes for Mission Trail Vineyards’ 2007 Sauvignon Blanc were hand selected according to flavor and with an artistic approach, winemaker Ken Rauh preserved and enhanced the unique qualities of the fruit and site relationship to develop the finished wine. Produced from the Loma Seco Vineyard within Monterey County, this Sauvignon Blanc is enticingly aromatic and immediately peaks your senses.
This wine is a pleasing and refreshing summer wine with a true sense of origin. Both herbal and floral characteristics combine to make a complementary balance in this 2007 Sauvignon Blanc and its delicate tropical notes create a crisp citrus finish on the palate.
