94 Points – ExceptionalTasting.com (Beverage Testing Institute) - “Opaque violet color. Creamy, fruity aromas and flavors of black raspberry cream pie, cashew nougat, and white clay with a satiny, bright, dry-yet-fruity body and a tingling, distinctive, long fleur de sel caramel, pencil shavings, and brown spices finish with chewy, crunchy tannins and moderate oak. A rich, concentrated, dry and savory cabernet for pleasure now or later.”

Winemaker Rob Lawson’s Notes - "Moulds Family Vineyard rises above valley floor on the western foothills of the southern Mayacamas range. The aromas and bouquet of this Cabernet Sauvignon exhibit a complex and rich blend of blackberries, rose petals, black currants, dry rose petals complimented with hints of licorice and cedar. The palate follows with a concentrated core of red and dark berries, baking spices, and dark chocolate with hints of dark chocolate and vanilla. The balanced acid, fruit, and beautifully ripe mountain tannins deliver a powerful yet elegant, evolving sensory experience that will leave a clean and lasting finish on the palate."
