The Wine Spectator rates the wine a very high '89', finding it "intense and focused, with bright pepper, plum and raspberry-scented flavors that capture the essence of Zinfandel." Rich with varietal flavors with an excellent bouquet. Jed Steele, well known winemaker for Kendall-Jackson says, "I've been in touch with Lolonis Zin for over 15 years and the 1990 Reserve is one of the most vivacious vintages yet. It's what a Zin should be." Petros Lolonis says this is one of his best ever! Ready to drink now or hold up to 1998. Harvested October 1990, released date June 1992.
