Lightpost’s 2019 Pinot Noir was crafted with fruit from the Saveria Vineyard, a very foggy, coastal property located just four miles from the Pacific Ocean. The cool-climate is ideal for growing premium Pinot Noir, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly while preserving acidity and developing layers of rich, complex flavors. This delicate Pinot Noir opens with aromas of rose petals, tart plums, and earthy nuances. The palate is full of red cherry, sagebrush, raspberry and strawberry, with hints of vanilla and forest floor, all supported by velvety soft tannins that lead into a lingering finish. A classic Pinot Noir from the Santa Cruz Mountains. 100% Pinot Noir. Enjoy!
