This Miel de Citronnier, or Lemon-Tree Honey, is a special jar that we imported straight from Le Mas des Abeilles in Bonnieux, France! High value is placed on the quality of raw materials used for this Citrus Honey. It’s harvested using an ancient technique of blowing cold air while handling the bees and extracting the honey - preserving its natural flavor. The honey is jarred in vintages which reflect the bee’s hard work each year. While this is a French company, the unique honey came from bees in Spain!
