Deep reddish-purple in color, the Lawer Estates 2015 ‘Hillside Grown’ Cabernet Sauvignon has terrific depth and concentration. The aromas are rich, ripe and generous with notes of sweet blackcurrant, tobacco and toasted oak. On the palate, these aromas are met with lavish cassis flavors and complemented by vanillin oak, solid tannin structure, and a lush framework. This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is tasting beautifully now, but it will continue to evolve with time in the cellar. Enjoy!
