“Give thanks for a wine to enhance the meal,” proclaims USA Today’s wine critic Jerry Shriver about the Lambert Bridge 2002 Chardonnay and giving its "Recommended Wine" stamp of approval. This delicious Chardonnay also won top honors with a Gold Medal at the industry important Sonoma County Harvest Fair. Delta Sky magazine wine reviewer Paul Pacult chimed in as well, “Northern California Chardonnay as it should and could be, but rarely is: Julia Iantosca’s ideally balanced wine is a Sonoma County homage to the buttery and creamy Genevrières Chardonnays of Burgundy’s fabled Meursault commune. Buy a case and lay some away for two to four years.”
Winery tasting notes indicate, “aromas of pear and grapefruit combine with flavors of toasted hazelnut, resulting in a complex; harmoniously balanced wine. Pair this wine with shrimp salad, jack cheese and roasted asparagus pizza or grilled halibut.”
