Laird’s 2016 Yountville, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend from three vineyards: Mast Ranch, for its earthy and robust structure, Flat Rock Ranch, for its fruit-forward characteristic, and Dry Creek Ranch, for its juicy and vibrant approachability. The blending of these three sites has resulted in an elegant wine with a well-balanced structure. Dark crimson-ruby in color, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of cherry preserves, crème brûlée and vanilla extract. On the palate, flavors of black plum, dark chocolate, and ripe blueberries are complemented by hints of sage brown butter and sturdy tannins on the finish. Enjoy!
