A beautiful Syrah from Kimsey’s Estate Vineyard in the Ballard Canyon AVA of Santa Barbara County, this wine is all about balance and purity. In the glass, this Syrah opens with aromas of violets, creosote and blackberry, with hints of bay leaf and rosemary in the background. The palate is texturally stunning with both plush and seamless nuances, brooding dark fruit flavors and just the right touch of spice. Complex and well-balanced, the wine leads into a long and lingering finish. Sure to develop even more with time in the cellar, the Kimsey 2017 Syrah is a gorgeous wine, tasting beautifully now, and one we are thrilled to share with our Platinum Wine Club members. Enjoy!
