On the nose there is an enticing burst of fruitful aromas of cherry and blackberry, blended with delicate scents of smoke and musk. Plum and boysenberry flavors with a touch of vanilla oak are rich on the palate and finish with well-structured tannins. Vibrant and seductive, this wine has the earthiness of an old world wine with deep aromas and rich flavors that coax the palate back for more.

Chile Rellenos al Horno
Tip: use good quality thick-fleshed canned chiles. Make a slit down the side and spread them flat. Line the baking dish, then spoon the filling over instead of trying to stuff them.
