An expressive, multi-dimensional wine, the Jean Edwards 2016 Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon features fruit from three Napa Valley vineyards: Beckstoffer George III, Beckstoffer Orchard Avenue, and Beckstoffer Melrose. On the nose, black and red fruits mingle with hints of Rutherford dust, while the well-structured palate offers flavors of dark black cherry, plum, cassis, hints of spice, dust and a waft of truffles overlaying the sweet, oaky tannins. The fine-grained frame finishes long with great purity. Enjoy!
