By aging the Chardonnay in a combination of new oak and neutral oak, the wine develops an elegant, full body with creamy, velvety flavors that are deliciously appealing. Vanilla and tropical banana aromas lead into flavors of peach and cream and lemon zest on the palate. The long yet crisp finish enhances the wine's ability to pair with many foods including lobster, crab cakes, baked chicken, and salmon.
