Released July 1, 1991. "The best Chardonnay we've every made!" exclaims winemaker Van Williamson. This wonderful medal winning Chardonnay made from DuPratt Vineyard (55%) and Lolonis Vineyard (55%) grapes is primarily available at the Greenwood Ridge tasting room. The wine was fermented and aged in small French Oak barrels, creating a creamy texture with a toasty oak bouquet. Prominent amongst complex Chardonnay fruit aromas are green apples and tropical fruit. The wine finishes clean and crisp, and nicely accompanies poultry and shellfish.
