GLF’s 2019 Pinot Noir was produced from the prized Van der Kamp Vineyard, nestled on a north-facing bench of Sonoma Mountain at an elevation of 1,500 feet. The property has a long history of superb cultivation and was once considered a sacred place by local Native Americans who believe the top of Sonoma Mountain was where the world began. The Van der Kamp family has produced top-quality Pinot Noir grapes from this special vineyard for over four decades, making it one of California’s oldest Pinot Noir vineyards. GLF’s 2019 Pinot Noir is a lush wine with floral aromas and notes of forest floor, followed by subtle hints of baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Enjoy!
