Fore Family Vineyards' 2007 Carneros Pinot Noir displays a classic medium-to-light ruby red color and all the wonderful and exotic aromas that no other grape variety can offer. The nose is intriguing, complex and balanced with notes of cinnamon, black cherry, raspberry and sweet toasted oak. Flavors reflect the nose with a medium body, good acidity, and a lively finish. Elegance is a goal that Fore Family always strives for with their Pinot Noir, and they are confident this vintage succeeds in that regard! The San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition awarded it a Gold Medal. Enjoy this Pinot Noir with pork tenderloin, grilled and lightly marinated fresh vegetables, and mushroom risotto.
