Fess Parker’s 2010 Pinot Noir is a blend of two vineyards in Sta. Rita Hills – Rio Vista Vineyard and Rancho Las Hermanas, which are both managed by the Fess Parker Winery. This region has become well known for producing high quality, award-winning Pinot Noirs.
On the nose, the 2010 Fess Parker Pinot Noir shows aromas of black cherry, forest floor, lavender, raspberry, rose petals, and vanilla. Flavors of Bing cherry, red currant, cranberry, earth, cacao, and a touch of minerality make for a luscious, nicely balanced blend on the palate.
