Produced predominantly from Sangiovese grapes with smaller amounts of complementary grapes in accordance with regulations, the 2016 Chianti Classico Riserva is elegant and velvety with pronounced structure and excellent balance. On the nose, intense and persistent aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and vanilla enliven the senses, while the palate offers persistence with red forest fruit noes and a pleasant lingering finish.
