The Entrepreneur 2015 Pinot Noir hails from the esteemed Dutton Ranch property, located outside Sebastopol, California in the Russian River Valley AVA (specifically within the Green Valley sub-appellation). The 26-acre Widdoes Vineyard on Dutton Ranch produces the Gold Standard in Pinot Noir fruit for such estates as Patz & Hall, Capieux Vineyards, and DuMOL Winery - and now Entrepreneur Wines as well. Inspired by the classical French Burgundy region where Pinot Noir has grown since the 14th Century, Winemaker Kirk Venge crafted a beautiful wine with depth and structure. On the nose, red fruit and bright strawberry wafts from the glass, while the palate is smooth and full-bodied with concentrated, deep berry notes of red and black cherry. Enjoy!
