Located in the northeastern corner of the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, the meticulously farmed John Sebastiano Vineyard is one of the region’s newest and most exciting plantings. Its myriad of exposures and marine influences produce exceptional fruit that, in turn, produces beautiful wines. Focused and pure, the Decroux 2019 Pinot Noir offers notes of darker berries, roasted meats and earth, with plenty of structure and building tannins that lead into a lasting finish. This wine is incredibly versatile with food and pairs especially well with lentils and eggplant, cedar plank salmon, Coq au Vin, or Sous Vide Filet. Enjoy!
