A wonderful proprietary blend of 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. The Wine Spectator calls this wine, "Smooth and lavishly perfumed, a brightly appealing white wine that shows a nice tough of pear on the finish." Winner of 29 medals in six previous vintages.

Nationally syndicated wine columnist Jerry Mead says Creston's Chevrier Blanc has a "Bright and lively flavor and feel. The most subtle oak influence. A continual medal winner in a very tough field of competition".
