A unique mineral-driven white blend, the Crastino 2017 Cape White was crafted from 14 to 30 year old organic vines in the Paarl Valley. With a soft, rich nose of violets and peach, and just a hint of frangipani, the 2017 Cape White holds all the promise of a high quality, deeply complex white blend. These nuances carry through to the palate where the intense flavors of pear, golden apple, spicy apricot and hints of clementine are rounded off with a beautiful minerality that ends in a creamy, long-structured finish. Enjoy!
