Produced primarily from the Betsy Vineyard (named in honor of Clay Shannon’s mom), the Clay Shannon 2020 Sauvignon Blanc is balanced, lush, and lip-smacking delicious. The fruit from Betsy Vineyard was blended with small lots from Round Mountain, Red Hills, Kelsey Bench, and Big Valley District vineyards to create an ideal balance between fresh minerality, structure, mouth-filling fruit flavors, high-toned grassy notes, and pretty floral nuances. This Sauvignon Blanc has it all, from notes of fresh ripe apricot, kaffir lime, elderflowers and honeysuckle, to zippy bright acidity, a viscous mouthfeel and a long finish. Enjoy!
