The Cardella 2014 Ruby Cabernet was aged in neutral French Oak barrels, which gave the wine an intense nose and well rounded palate. Fruit-forward aromas are followed by layers of earthiness and flavors of fig, plum, dark cherry, and kitchen spices. This wine pairs well with any red meat.
