The Cardella 2014 Ruby Cabernet Reserve offers an intense nose of ripe plum, blueberry jam and cola, with undertones of dark chocolate, vanilla and spice. The palate is ripe and fruity and nicely balanced with a soft texture that lingers on the finish. Cellaring in New French Oak added nice complexity to this Cabernet.
