Private Property is a project of Caraccioli Cellars that showcases the viticultural traditions of the Monterey County farming community. A family-run winery founded by brothers Gary and Phil Caraccioli and their uncle Jim Caraccioli, Caraccioli Cellars aims to highlight the quality of their local Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes by producing distinctive, terroir-driven, fruit-centric wines. Winemaker Michel Salgues precisely executes the family vision with a limited portfolio of still and sparkling wines that are approachable yet complex. Today, the fourth generation of the Caraccioli family has joined the founders in their venture.

The Private Property 2019 Rosé is bright and vibrant, made exclusively from Pinot Noir in the Santa Lucia Highlands. To compliment the brightness and soften the expression, some Saignee juice was added back to achieve a very approachable Rosé. Soft, fruity and delicious, this Rosé over delivers with a textural balance that pleases on all aspects.
