The Buttonwood Farm 2010 Sauvignon Blanc ‘Signature Blend’ has fruity aromas of gooseberry and straw, with crisp, zesty flavors of tropical guava and passionfruit. The mid-palate brings a deeper complexity of flavors with notes of pear, cardamom spice, lime and grapefruit. A true yin-yang of a wine, the 2010 ‘Signature Blend’ finds the perfect balance of brisk acidity from the Sauvignon Blanc and a creamy, rich texture from the Semillon.
