The Bryter 2014 “Cadeau” Pinot Noir comes from the Sun Chase Vineyard on California’s Sonoma Coast. Cadeau means ‘gift’ and perfectly suits this wine, which is truly a gift from nature. Dark ruby in color, this Pinot Noir offers powerful yet graceful aromas and flavors of lush blackberry, black cherry, black tea and spices. Its bold, ripe black cherry core is laced with complex layers of ripe juicy fruit, savory spice, and a hint of minerality. With an underlying foundation of mouth-watering acidity, the wine unfolds into a velvety finish with well integrated tannins and a seductive hint of sweet oak.
